I’ve dealt with contractors who are hard to reach and never give a straight answer. That wasn’t our experience with ERG. They explained what needed to happen, answered our calls, and kept things moving. The work took some time, but at least we knew where things stood.

We called ERG after a significant water leak in our home. They were able to get someone out quickly and started working on the affected areas the same day. There was a lot to deal with afterward, but the team kept us informed about what was happening. Everything felt organized from our side.

Our basement flooded over the weekend, so we expected it would take a while to get someone out. ERG actually had a team there pretty quickly. They brought the equipment they needed, explained what they were doing, and got started right away. The guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves too.

By the time we called, there was already quite a bit of water damage. ERG didn’t waste time getting started. They assessed the situation, brought in drying equipment, and explained what we should expect over the next few days. The follow-up visits were helpful because we could see the progress being made.

I don’t usually write reviews, but ERG did a good job for us. They showed up when they said they would, walked us through the damage, and gave us a clear idea of what needed attention. No unnecessary drama or confusion. The crew was professional and easy to work with.

What I appreciated most was the communication. After the initial damage, I had a lot of questions about what would happen next. The ERG team took the time to explain the process and didn’t leave us guessing. There were a lot of moving parts, but they stayed on top of things.
